Whether or not you need a visa to attend Trumpet Camp depends on your nationality. Please check the visa requirements here: https://immigration.go.ug/mandatory-online-visa-applications-all-visa-prone-travellers-uganda

If you require a visa, we recommend starting the application process well in advance of the camp dates to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Tips:

  1. Visa approvals take about two weeks to a month.
  2. Apply for a tourist visa.

While we cannot directly process visa applications for participants, we are happy to provide support by supplying an official invitation letter confirming your registration and the camp’s details. This letter can be useful during the visa application process. Please follow this link to apply for your visa: https://visas.immigration.go.ug

Please contact our camp administration team at info@worldtrumpetmission.org or wtmuganda@gmail.com  to request an invitation letter after completing your camp registration.

To request an invitation letter, please follow these steps:

– Complete your registration for Trumpet Camp.

– Send an email to info@worldtrumpetmission.org or wtmuganda@gmail.com with the subject line “Visa Invitation Letter Request.”

– Include your full name, email address and contact, and any other information required for the letter.

– Allow enough time for processing and delivery. We recommend starting this process as early as possible.

We understand that visa denials can occur for various reasons. If your visa application is denied, please inform us immediately. We will work with you to explore alternative options, such as transferring your registration to a future camp session or offering a refund, as per our camp policies.
