Trumpet Camp 2027 Policies
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and spiritually enriching experience for everyone,
all participants are expected to observe the following guidelines:

Leave the campsite as you found it—or even better.
Help preserve the environment by keeping the camp clean and undisturbed.

Respect wildlife. Observe animals from a safe distance and avoid
interfering with their natural habitats or behavior.

Use designated fire areas only. Light fires only in established fire pits
or fire rings provided by the camp.

Practice fire safety. Ensure campfires are fully extinguished before
leaving them unattended.

Maintain good personal hygiene throughout the camp for your health and
the well-being of others.

Use camp facilities responsibly. Treat all furniture, equipment, and
facilities with care.

Bring your Bible and notebook. Be prepared for all teaching sessions.

Stay within designated camp areas. Avoid restricted locations without permission.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children.

Dispose of waste properly. Use provided dustbins and keep the camp clean.

Foster fellowship. Participate actively and build meaningful relationships
with fellow campers.

Use designated restroom facilities only.

Respect camp property and use World Trumpet Mission facilities responsibly.

Foreign currency assistance is available through World Trumpet Mission
for participants needing guidance.

Yes – meals will be provided for residents staying at the Prayer Mountain.
No – meals are not included in the general registration fee.
However, convenient arrangements have been made:
- A canteen will be available on-site offering affordable meals.
- Several catering services will provide breakfast, meals, and juice at designated stalls on the mountain.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Children aged 9 to 17 years are welcome at the camp and will pay the same registration fee as adults.
During Trumpet Camp 2027, Nations Prayer Mountain will be closed to the general public and operate exclusively for registered camp guests.
Visitors without registration will only be allowed to stay for one day and will then be requested to return.
Those not staying in designated residential areas will only access open ground spaces (Obusaka).
Yes. Country tours are available as a pre or post-camp experience. These tours allow attendees to explore Uganda's culture, history, and beauty.

- Apply for a tourist visa.
We cannot process visa applications directly, but we provide official invitation letters confirming your registration and camp details.
To request an invitation letter:
- Complete your Trumpet Camp registration.
- Email info@worldtrumpetmission.org with subject: "Visa Invitation Letter Request."
- Include your full name, email, contact details, and required information.
If your visa application is denied, please inform us immediately. We will explore available options according to camp policies.
Options may include transferring your registration to a future camp session or a refund of up to 75%.

Those who come unknowingly without registration will be allowed to stay for only one day, after which they will be kindly asked to travel back the following day.
