Registration Fees

1. International Participants:

Single Occupancy: $2600

Double Occupancy: $2200

(Note: Package include Airport and Ground transfers, 2 meals per day, 1 bottle of water per day, Accommodation, Conference fee and Tours.)

2. Participants from Uganda:

Single Occupancy: $3600

Double Occupancy: $3200

(Note: Package Include Air Ticket, Visa, Insurance, Airport and Ground transfers, 2 meals per day, 1 bottle of water per day, Accommodation, Conference fee and Tours.)

3. Penalty for visa cancelation is $500

4. Passport and Yellow Fever certificate (if required coming from your nation) MUST be valid for at least 6 months from travel dates.
